“Leveling the Playing Field,
One Client at a Time.”
After nearly thirty years of combined experience in virtually all areas of litigation, Richard A. Nicodemo and Brian R. Wilson joined together in 2007 to form Nicodemo & Wilson.
We Have “Walked the Walk” For Our Clients
Some firms advertise that they are experienced trial lawyers, handling cases such as auto collisions, medical malpractice, or products liability. And others have lived those experiences for their clients, from beginning to end, over a course of time. For close to twenty years now, Richard A. Nicodemo and Brian R. Wilson have fought for Ohioans and their families, in courtrooms throughout Ohio, in a variety of situations.
Whether it’s a surgery gone wrong, a careless driver, a product that injures a small child, or a small business or contract dispute, we have been there for our clients. To spend the time and resources to investigate what went wrong, explain it to our clients in a way that makes sense, pursue a lawsuit if necessary, and achieve justice in the form of a successful settlement or jury verdict.
We have battled large corporations, product manufacturers, hospitals, physicians, trucking companies, and their insurance companies in court, even in the most complex and serious cases. From this experience, we have learned that success is measured in many ways.
Certainly, one measure of success is trying our best to restore all the monetary losses that are caused by an injury. But it is more than that. It involves being good listeners for our clients’ needs at every step of the way. It includes being available when our clients need us and guiding them through all the “ripple effects” that accompany an injury, no matter how big or small. It means holding our clients’ hand and walking them through the maze of frustration and confusion that often comes with the litigation process. And, sometimes, it means changing corporate behavior in a positive way as the result of a lawsuit.
We did not learn these intangibles from a law book. Our clients have taught us these things.

YOU SURVIVED THE CRASH. THE DRIVER'S INSURANCE COMPANY--AND NOW YOUR COMPANY--IS CALLING YOU.
Do you talk to either? What do you tell them? What papers do you sign--or dare not sign? There's a better way to find valuable information on what you should do, and how to choose an attorney to handle your claim (hint: it's NOT by looking in the Yellow Pages or on TV for cookie cutter, distasteful, "we will get money for you" come ons). Our book, "Your Ohio Accident...How The Deck Is Stacked Against You (And How To Level The Playing Field)" will explain if you even need an attorney, how to PROPERLY choose one, and all the mistakes the insurance company is just waiting for you to make if you go it alone. And, most importantly, you'll learn all about "Insurance Company Rule No. 1"--and how this rule works against you.
The book is FREE to all Ohioans. Just click here for your copy, or simply call us at 330-452-8831.
FREE BOOK: HOW TO BUY AUTO INSURANCE IN OHIO TO PROTECT YOUR FAMILY
(What’s an attorney doing writing a book on how to buy auto insurance…………..?)
Think you have a “full coverage” auto policy that will cover all your losses and bills if you’re in a crash? Think again. Over 90% of all Ohioans with “full coverage” policies really have LOUSY coverage and don’t even know it.
In fact, your policy can go from “full coverage” to “no coverage” without you doing a thing wrong (we bet nobody told you this when you signed up for that "full coverage"). Find out the TWO MAJOR REASONS why this happens, why Ohio law is rigged against you and in favor of insurance companies, and what you can do about it NOW, before a careless driver hits you and leaves you thousands in unpaid bills and lost wages.
And no, we don’t sell insurance for a living. But we have seen for close to twenty years how so many of our clients’ “full coverage” policies become useless, so we decided to write a book to show you how to protect yourself.
