Products Liability

“This thing doesn’t work!” We have all said this at one time or another after buying a product. Sometimes, products do more than just “not work.” Due to flaws in their design, testing, manufacture, or inadequate warnings, products can harm consumers. We need only look to the recent outbreak of “tainted food” illnesses to realize the scope of this problem. Many times, product manufacturers meet only the minimum governmental standards before releasing a product to the consumer public. These “minimum” standards are often the result of increasingly watered down regulations lobbied for by manufacturers. As a result, when consumers are injured, many times a lawsuit is the only forum where manufacturers can be held accountable for their safety choices. We have taken on these manufacturers, for products manufactured all over the world, when they have severely injured Ohio consumers. We have listed a few in the “Significant Cases” section of our website.
