Who We Are Not
If you’ve been in a collision, you’ve probably already received dozens of “solicitation” letters, a few slick videos, a copy of your accident report, and unfortunately, more than a few phone calls. None of these "practices" will bear our names, and for good reason: we believe they are offensive and an invasion of your privacy. In short, we believe that these tasteless pitches have done more harm to the perception and reputation of legal profession than anything else. In fact, as members of the Stark County Academy For Justice (formerly The Stark County Academy of Trial Lawyers), we fought for a proposed statewide 30 day ban on sending such letters after an accident. Unfortunately, our efforts failed, so those who choose to engage in these practices continue to do so with more fervor than ever.
That, of course, is their right. And we reserve the right as well to speak out against it, and call it what it is.
After over twenty years of practicing personal injury litigation throughout Ohio, we believe that our best work rests not in the form of mass mailings, but in more weighty things like competence, trust, and satisfied clients.
